Thomas Perkins

MA/LPC/Clinical Associate

Thomas Perkins is a Licensed Professional Counseling. He received his Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University. He has worked with clients dealing with anxiety, PTSD, depression, anger, grief, and family/couples conflict. During the years of 2017-2019, he taught parenting classes for the New Beginnings Parenting enhancement program created by David Bones.

Thomas enjoys working with all ages, from 18 to 80, and has a deep desire to see health and wholeness in family systems and intimate partnership.  He applies attachment science, an understanding of addictive behavior, family systems, couples counseling, and strengths-based counseling to help integrate the body, mind, and emotions within therapy. 

Thomas is passionate about helping clients develop skills and compassion necessary to integrate the past into a healthy, conscious engagement of the present moment. He enjoys incorporating faith and spirituality as pathways to the intentional expression of one's values. Each person's unique path to learning to value and accept oneself is a journey worth taking, one that Thomas is dedicated to walking alongside.
