Thomas enjoys working with all ages, from 18 to 80, and has a deep desire to see health and wholeness in family systems and intimate partnership. He applies attachment science, an understanding of addictive behavior, family systems, couples counseling, and strengths-based counseling to help integrate the body, mind, and emotions within therapy.
Thomas is passionate about helping clients develop skills and compassion necessary to integrate the past into a healthy, conscious engagement of the present moment. He enjoys incorporating faith and spirituality as pathways to the intentional expression of one's values. Each person's unique path to learning to value and accept oneself is a journey worth taking, one that Thomas is dedicated to walking alongside.
