NEW OFFICE PROCEDURES
WAIT OUTSIDE: In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we ask that all clients remain in their car or outside until notified to come into the office for their scheduled appointment. Please arrange with your provider ahead of time the best method to notify them of your arrival.
CLIENTS ONLY: We ask that only scheduled clients enter our building at this time. Please have all visitors wait outside or in their vehicles as we wish to limit the number of people in our facility at a given time.
ILLNESS POLICY: Therapy works best when it is regularly scheduled and attended. However, it is also important that you and your therapist remain healthy. If you have a fever, body aches, or chills in the last 48 hours, please cancel, reschedule, or move to a virtual session. Do not come into the office or waiting
room. This policy is to keep you, your community, and your therapist healthy. In addition, If you have traveled recently or have been in contact with anyone that has exhibited those symptoms listed above, please let your provider know so you both can make an informed decision about you coming into the office.
CLEANING/HYGIENE: We offer several areas for clients and providers to wash their hands, as well as sanitizer (as available), and ask that all clients and providers wash their hands before and after each session. Common areas are to be cleaned between client visits, and some items may have been removed in order to avoid additional contact surfaces.
PLEASE CALL OR VISIT WEBSITE: Our office is not set up at this time for drop in inquires or other non-scheduled visitors.
